Forecourts
Dealership, filling-station and retail forecourts take a hammering — oil and fuel spills, tyre scuffing, traffic film and salt and sand blown in off the coast all build into a dull, dirty surface that undersells whatever is for sale on it. Oil & stain removal
Oil staining is the problem that defines a car park or forecourt clean. Engine oil, diesel, hydraulic fluid and tyre marks soak into porous concrete and tarmac and leave the dark, spreading patches — right in the customer’s line of sight at every bay, entrance and pay station — that make a site look neglected. We lift them with hot-water pressure washing and the right degreasing treatment rather than one harsh cold blast — fresh spills come up most readily, while older, deeply soaked-in staining fades and lifts significantly even if it does not always vanish entirely. We are straight with you at the survey about what a given surface will come back to, and we control run-off responsibly so the cleaning itself does not put oil into the drains. Out-of-hours working
A live car park or a busy forecourt can rarely afford to shut in trading hours, so we build the clean around the site staying open. Early mornings, evenings, overnight or quiet days — we section the area off and work it in bays so customers always have access and the site never has to close all at once. We liaise with the site or facilities manager on timing, access, water and power, and any traffic-management the job needs, and we leave each section ready to use as we move on.
