We are fully insured, provide RAMS for every visit, and liaise with the owner or managing agent on access, parking, water and power so a changeover is never held up. Out-of-peak and shoulder-season visits are easy to arrange, and a recurring maintenance contract — a standing annual or twice-yearly plan, billed on a regular cycle — keeps the whole property on top of the coastal weathering without you having to think about it.
