We bring profiled-steel, composite and aluminium cladding, factory and warehouse elevations, trade units and distribution sheds back to an even, presentable colour, lifting the algae, lichen, atmospheric grime, salt and traffic film that build up on a large exterior. Large-scale soft washing
Pressure is the wrong tool for a large coated panel, so we don't use it on cladding. Profiled steel and composite panels carry a factory paint or PVDF coating, and a high-pressure blast can drive water behind the panels, dull or strip that coating and force moisture into the building envelope. Instead we soft wash: a biocidal treatment wets the elevation, kills the algae, lichen and atmospheric staining at the root, and is gently rinsed so the cladding comes back evenly without harming the coating or the seals. It is the same surface-respecting method we use on delicate render and on roofs across Chichester and Selsey — scaled up to a full warehouse face, and just as relevant to large-scale rendered and panelled commercial elevations as it is to a domestic wall.
Access equipment & RAMS
Reaching the high parts of a warehouse or factory safely is half the job, and it is planned, not improvised. Depending on the elevation we work from MEWPs — cherry pickers and scissor lifts — from pure-water telescopic reach poles, or from scaffold where the site demands it, with the right choice made at the survey to suit the height, the ground and the access around the building. Every job runs to a method statement covering working at height, exclusion zones beneath the work, and safe movement around a live industrial site. On the coast around Bracklesham, Selsey and Bognor that matters even more, because wind off the sea dictates when it is safe to put a platform up. Nothing at height happens until it is surveyed, equipped and documented.

Large-scale and working-at-height cleaning is precisely the work a facilities manager, estate operator or health-and-safety officer will not let start without paperwork — and we bring it as standard. We are fully insured and provide RAMS, a written risk assessment and method statement, for every commercial visit. For warehouse and industrial façade work that covers access-equipment use, biocide handling and run-off control, exclusion zones, and safe working alongside live yard and HGV movements. We phase the elevations, work out-of-hours where the site needs to keep running, and keep loading bays and fire routes clear — the same documented, insured discipline we bring to car parks and forecourts, applied to the largest exteriors we clean.
